Abstract:In recent years, in view of the phenomenon of “lack of power” in the development of China's open economy, the representative view in the academic field holds that structural adjustment and power conversion can speed up the development of quality and efficiency. In fact, the speed and quality of the development of open economy is not contradictory, and the development of higher level of open economy can enhance the competitiveness, which is conducive to the pace of economic development. The decline of China's open economic growth rate just indicates that the transformation and upgrading of the speed has failed to adapt to the new demand of the forced pressure, the cultivation of new competitive advantage has failed to fully compensate for the loss of traditional advantages. Faced with multiple forced factors of profound changes in the international and domestic environment, China's open economy needs to get rid of some obstacles to the transformation and upgrading in its development, accelerate the transformation and development and the cultivation of new competitive advantage.
