The “strategy of pursuing a rural revitalization” is advanced in the Report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC. Rural revitalization is an integral part of the “Chinese Dream”. The phenomenon of rural declining in the process of urbanization shouldnt be ignored. The settlement of rural problems is related to whether the strategy of Rural Revitalization can be realized and whether the modern countryside can be built. This paper analyzes the causes of rural declining in China, explores the ways to implement the strategy of rural revitalization, and puts forward the possible path of modern rural construction.
