Entrepreneurial activity is the new engine of China's economic development, returnees as high-level personnel in the army of entrepreneurship have been favored. In recent years, with the great improvement of the domestic business environment, returnees entrepreneurial activities are increasingly prosperous, the contribution and problems encountered in the process of entrepreneurship naturally attract the attention of all sectors of society. This paper collects the main research results about returnees entrepreneurship both at home and abroad, summarizes and explores the relevant content around “research status of returnees entrepreneurship-research review of returnees entrepreneurship-future research direction of returnees entrepreneurship”, in order to provide a broader approach to returnees entrepreneurship research.
