Abstract:Students'performance is closely related to the professional knowledge and skills, the level of trust among teachers, the structure and content of the relationship between teachers and students.Through designing a series of indicators standing for human capital, social capital and students'performance, on the basis of the questionnaire data of some colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the effect of teachers human capital and social capital on students'performance from individual level and team horizontal. The results show teacher's individual human capital, horizontal social capital and vertical social capital are positively related to the students' performance. To sum up, both in the individual level or in the team level, the effect of the social capital of teachers on students'performance is stronger than the effect of the individual human capital on students'performance.
