Using the panel data of 30 provinces and municipalities in China from 2006 to 2016 and spatial econometric analysis method，this paper empirically examines the impact of cultural and technological integration and inter-regional flow of industrial factors on the upgrading of the regional cultural industry structure. The study finds that the integration of culture and science and technology has significantly promoted the upgrading of the cultural industry structure，the positive spatial interaction of the upgrading of the cultural industrial structure is significant；the inter-regional mobility of industrial factors helps to promote upgrading and strengthen the influence of cultural and technological integration on the upgrading of cultural industry structure. The research results have important policy implications for further optimizing the regional allocation of production factors and technological innovation elements in China’s cultural industry，promoting the integration and development of culture，science and technology，and promoting the upgrading of cultural industry structure.
