Inner-Party education is a basic paradigm initiated by the CPC to solve prominent problems within the Party relying on its own strength. As the situation changes, there is an evolutionary process of continuous internal feedback and adjustment. In the past 100 years, the pattern of inner-Party education has undergone a gradual linear change with the emergency meeting of the Central Committee as its early appearance, the movement of the suppression of counter-revolutionaries as its negative mirror, the rectification movement as its fine tradition, the Party consolidation movement as its transitional stage, the special education activities and themed education as its basic form, and the normalization andinstitutionalization as its trend.In the new era, we should deepen the understanding of inner-Party education, and always consider it as a way to insist on “the blade inward” approach to strengthen the Party. In order to maintain the fine tradition of self-revolution and better promote the new great project of Party construction, it is necessary to make the ideological Party-building and institutional governance of the Party resonate at the same frequency in the process of inner-Party education, to realize the complementation of centralized education and regular education, to complete the efficient transformation from “key minority” to “absolute majority”, to solidify the unchangeable theme of “staying true to our original aspiration and keeping always our missions in mind” in the mission of the changing stage and to innovate ways and methods to consolidate the achievements of inner-Party education.
